Take a tour of the periodic table and share your passion for science at a Hunting the Elements café.
At left is a toolkit of resources to help you organize and run a café focused on what science has revealed—and is continuing to learn—about the basic building blocks of our universe. Your café might also explore how the quest for certain elements has shaped industries, politics, and culture. Or host an evening centered on a fun “Name That Element!” contest. Tailor the café to your needs and audience.
These cafés can draw inspiration and clips from NOVA's Hunting the Elements, a two-hour program hosted by New York Times technology correspondent David Pogue. To learn more about the program and watch the show, visit the Hunting the Elements program page.
